The PI Behavioural Assessment is an untimed, free – choice, stimulus – response tool that is far more than a personality test. For more than 60 years, thousands of businesses around the globe have used this EFPA – certified behavioural assessment to understand the personality traits that make their employees tick.

Use the PI Behavioural Assessment to how you are hardwired to be a great fit, and how you prefer to be motivated to perform at your highest level.

The assessment is relatively easy and there is no pass or fail as this about providing a profile of behaviours that shapes the individual. Once your assessment is arranged you will be sent clear and detailed guidance on how to take the assessment.

The assessment is not timed and requires you to select from a set of options presented. We would recommend that you set aside approximately 30 minutes and take the assessment after at a time when you are relaxed.

Dominance is the drive to exert influence on people or events.

Extraversion is the drive for social interaction with other people.

Patience is the drive to have consistency and stability.

Formality is the drive to conform to rules and structure.

After you complete the assessment, you will be sent a comprehensive report covering aspects such as: your leadership and influencing style, your natural strengths and caution areas, changes you can make to boost productivity, ways in which you like to be managed.
