Founder, Managing Director and Lead Specialist

Developing people and organisations, so far in 30 countries - Lego® Serious Play® facilitator, ScrumMaster, executive coach and educator. Also, advocate for Women's development, gender equity, anti-racism and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts

David Taylor

A business consultant in a range of sectors and organisations both nationally and internationally for over 30 years working with organisations such as GSK, Saatchi & Saatchi. Qualified with The British Psychological Society to use and interpret a wide range of psychological assessments.

Steve Murray

A journalist, writer, content creator and designer. Building on past experience as an assistant producer and senior assistant producer for ITV and the BBC. Advocate for education, training and development. Also a Trustee at The Spring Arts & Heritage Centre.

Michael Geddes

A leadership and transformational coach with over 15 years of experience coaching small medium enterprise executives and an advisor within financial services, engineering, and the public sector. Advocate for developing agile, high-performing teams.

Susan James

10 years of administration experience in the international education and training sector - project coordination, compliance, travel management, mentor, gender equality advocate, proponent of lifelong learning and I have a cat called Harry.

Somanah Achadoo

A senior leader for over 18 years, primarily in education, training and charity sectors. Has led business and digital transformation, stakeholder engagement and executive coaching. An advocate for high quality service and quality management.

Louise Taylor

Extensive leadership experience in the UK and SE Asian training sector. Leading on quality improvement, teaching and learning as well as leadership development and executive coaching. Advocate for women’s development and learning that has impact.

Our advocacy and CSR work allows us to live by our values and purpose

We strongly believe in human development and wellbeing. When achieved well, Individuals, society and economies flourish and bloom. Supporting causes that are vital for flourishing communities ensure the development of healthier societies and economies.

Transformation Space in partnership with our parent company Evolve Global Solutions, is involved in a number of social enterprise projects funded by the EU. In addition to this we support a number of charities and also provide pro bono support. We actively seek to provide: allyship; share news and articles, and to provide a platform, where possible, to groups who are also supporting the same causes. We hope to bring about change at both a micro and macro level.

Transformation Space and Evolve Global Solutions donations are raised through our work and we inform our clients about any donations made through projects that they have commissioned.
